Small Bumps is a Documentary that touches on anti homeless architecture within the Ottawa area. Tackling homelessness in Ottawa has become a whole new form of engineering, with well placed speakers, tilted benches and bench separators. So we asked the people of Ottawa, Is this the right way to take on the homelessness problem?
